The primary function of coil grout is to be applied to the inner surface of coreless induction furnace coils, serving purposes of insulation, protection, and cushioning.

  • Insulation: When used between coils, the grout provides excellent insulation, preventing current leakage and short circuits.
  • Protection: Characterized by high strength, density, and insulation, the grout is specifically designed to protect coreless medium-frequency furnace coils. It prevents molten metal penetration and shields the induction coils from being punctured by molten metal.
